3 month immunisations, cold and cough

Hi
Our 3 month old has had a runny nose and bit of a cough for the last 4 days. He hasn?t had a temperature or fever.
He is due to have his 3 month immunisations this afternoon. My wife has spoken to the doctor?s receptionist and she said to bring him in and mention it to the nurse.
The next appt is over 2 weeks away.
What should we do? What is the risk of having the jabs when not 100%
Thanks
F

I would take him and speak to the nurse.

Vaccinations are just new germs and your baby will be coming into contact with new germs all the time. It feels worse because they are introduced with a needle but his immune system won't be less able to cope because he has a sniffle or a bit of catarrh.
