Has accidental tap water in a bottle given my week old baby a tummy bug? Not eating and am panicking

My DH in sleep deprived state accidentally got some tap water into a sterilised bottle, 'rinsed it' with some mineral water to clean and then put formula in. He mentioned this just after I had started feeding the baby. I stopped and started again with a propery sterilised bottle but she had already drunk a little bit. At the end of that feed she brought most of it back up. Since then (4 hours ago) she has barely fed and shown no interest in doing so. Have we given her a bad tummy from the bad bottle? If so what should we do? GP is calling me but taking his time and am getting in a state here! Any help much appreciated thank you so much.

I suspect she's absolutely fine. How is her nappy? Is she a normal temperature?

I would really doubt it if he just got some in. I would try not to worry until GP calls as the chances are she is fine.

How old is the baby?

Honestly, unless someone comes along with empirical evidence to the contrary, I'd be inclined to think that very little has ever mattered less.

It's very very very plus a load more verys unlikely.

Has she had a feed now?
