10mo vomitting after food

My 10mo dc had a cold about 4 weeks ago leaving her with a cough.
Have had her checked at doctors twice and been told its a virus which I'm fine about. She's fine in herself, just this cough.
Coughs a lot during day and night but after eating is now vomitting. Will eat happily enough but then if the coughing starts, the whole lot comes back up. Literally the entire meal. She's a bit distressed while being sick but fine adter. Have tried different foods, no difference.
Starting to worry a bit now as she's doing this 1-2 times a day so can't be keeping much down at all. She's still bf so I know she's getting something and I give her water during the day.
The cough is quite thick and mucus sounding. Like I say, she seems fine in herself and is rattling less every day but this vomitting is worrying me now.
Anyone got any ideas? Experience? Thanks.

Also, doesn't matter how much she has eaten, just a snack or a full meal. When the cough starts it all comes up.

Mine is doing the same and the drs just say it's normal and will resolve. Mine has only been 6 days though. Your case sounds as though it's taking ages. Can you see a different GP?

The cough has been about 4 weeks, the vomitting about a week/10 days maybe? It's not every day or every meal but it's pretty spectacular when it happens and is freaking me out!
Have seen two different doctors.
