Tummy ache - how long for?

DS (5) and DD (9) have both been complaining of tummy aches for the last few days - started in both of then Sunday evening - no vomiting, no runny brown stuff, just cramps and pain. Doctor this morning said it was probably just a virus.

Neither are very hungry and DS in particular is tired and has slept for much of the afternoon. How long is it reasonable to expect it'll go on for and I should I be worried?

Could be their stomach glands are up causing pain.

If its viral then it could be a day or 10 days.

Keep fluids going and food to be little and often. Any temps?

Temp for both on the high end of normal.

Calpol might help with the temp and tummy pain?

Horrible waiting for them to get better isn't it? I am not a patient parental nurse.
