My ds1 will be 10 in June.
He has had a bit of a growth spurt in the last 6 months or so And is now in age 10 clothes and is filling out getting a tummy
Last night dh ran the dc a bath and when ds was drying himself I noticed 3 or 4 public hairs!!
Now...I started my periods ahe 10 and needed a bra from the same age, but I thought with boys puberty began later?
It can't be, can it?

Sounds like it is. Buy him a deoderant and tell him when and how to use it (obvious to us, not usually to a ten yr old boy). Watch out for body odour and and suggest he ups his shower/hair wash routine if necessary. Lots of books available on puberty written for kids his age, so maybe get one for him.

Oh yes, we have already got him a roll on deo.
Realised he needed one when he kept telling me his "pits were rotten"
Charming.
:)
We have a book somewhere.
I will dig it out.
