Sick in the night???

DD is 6 months old and last night was sick in her sleep, there wasn't really a lot there, looked yellow with some green bits in (looked a bit like pesto) but was mainly clear fluid, quite a lot of it as well as she was wet through when I went in to her, soaked through grobag, baby grow and vest. Although I don't think it woke her I think it had happened sometime before she woke me for a feed.
I'm not too worried as she is absolutely fine in herself and has no temp, she ate more than she ever has at dinnertime last night so thought it could be that? Iv breastfed her as normal since but am wondering whether I should carry on giving her her normal food as well? Was thinking maybe just some baby rice for brekkie as its really bland, but should I wait untill lunch??

Many thanks

I would stick to bf. easy to digest, full of nutrients and things to fight whatever made her sick. Baby rice really has nothing to offer in comparison. You can start some solids when you are sure she is over it. Most of her nutrition should come from milk anyway. Brew
