dd (5) came out of school this afternoon complaining of a sore tummy, has had the runs, up until now (10pm) has gone to sleep. If she is ok over night, should I let her go to school tomorrow? She is excited about getting pupil of the week at assembly Confused

Sorry but no need 48 hours for bug to clear

shhhgobacktosleep · 01/03/2013 02:39

No sorry, agree with the others. Most schools operate a 48hr clear policy for any sort of sickness or d upset in the hope of preventing an epidemic.
