Baby hates medicine taste

Hi all

Any ideas what I can mix a dissolvable tablets with that's safe for 4 month old? Just had to switch from something she loved to this and she hates it.

Any ideas?

When DS has prednisolone I always dissolve it in a bit of dilute juice.
