Poor DS (6) lost his top front tooth a couple of weeks ago and now the other one is nearly out. Problem is that half of his tooth is completely out, but the other side of the root is still quite well stuck, but it looks like the tooth has gone in sideways and a bit wonky. He's in hideous pain and it's bleeding quite badly. I'm in two minds as to whether to just pull it out but I don't want to hurt him. (Or me to have horrible nightmares about it!) I don't know if it's worth seeing if he can get into the dentists first thing in the morning (if it's not out by then) and seeing if they'll do something? I'm also a bit worried there's all sorts of gunk building up in the hollow bit inside the tooth and in the gum.
What do I do?!
