Another continuation thread for Joseph's ongoing fight against the aggressive cancer, neuroblastoma.

That's one small step, one massive leap for the Trazzles! Fantastic to hear that you made it out to fresh air and had your 2 dc together for a while.

Hope your appt goes well today.

So very heartwarming to read about 'being outside' and DD being excited to see Joe.

I have a little feeling inside my chest that all is right with the world right this minute

N0tinmylife · 08/04/2013 12:53

I've been away for a few days, and just come back to see Joe has been outside, sooo pleased to see this. I really hope that things keep going in the right direction!

Trazzletoes · 08/04/2013 21:25

tholeon she really is. She loves to stroke Joseph's beautiful little baldy head!!

We have been out again today. Tomorrow evening he will stop his intravenous feed.

One of his Doctors has whispered a suggestion that we could be home by the weekend if his oxygen levels hold... Cross those gingers!

My eye appointment is set for Wednesday. Hoping my eye holds until then :)

Home doesn't sound a million miles away now like it has done at times. You've all done so well getting this far - hope the next few days go according to plan and that your appt is straightforward too.

Wonderful news. X x x

Trazzletoes · 09/04/2013 11:28

Thanks all Smile I convinced Joe to have his oxygen monitor on his finger instead of his toe last night and with a bit of tinkering with his sleeping position... HE DIDN'T NEED OXYGEN! Whoop whoop! So hopefully we can manage for a couple more nights to prove it wasn't a fluke...
