De-lurking to say I am thinking of you. You and little Joe are in so many peoples thoughts tonight. You have been so strong through this. Sending love and light for all the Trazzles.

Thanks all of you. It really helps.

Joe is happy to be home and his sister is absolutely over-the-moon to have him here so she can rub his head. Her pure delight in the face of everything that is going on is keeping our spirits up.

Joseph is understandably tiring very easily - he has done more yesterday than he had managed in a whole week of hospital, sitting up and playing... DH had got him a playmobil castle and he and DD have spent hours playing with it - he obviously gets the knights to fight each other, she posts bits of jigsaws in the turrets Grin

We had a little trip out yesterday and then today we are off to the local stately home because they have some penguins there that Joe loves. He is very upset that he can't walk and I'm nervous that he will get upset when we have to walk past their play park, but we need to get out. We need him to have some fun and do some things he enjoys.

I guess I need to start a new thread... I'm not quite ready for life-limiting illness yet, I don't think, just in case the doctors tell us tomorrow it is all a huge mistake and the 5 or so consultants who have looked at the scans are all wrong. I just hope to god we have time to give him a bit of fun and happiness.

New thread will be in children's health still.

I have no idea how we can get through this.

Oh trazzles the pain in your writing is heartbreaking.
You poor love.

Now you do know that if Joe has the slightest whim or desi for anything at all, there are 100 Joe supporters here who would do ANYTHING to make him happy.
Remember, you will not be asking for yourself, you are asking for him. If he would like 37 stuffed penguins, just ask; a special chair, we will sort it out; more Playmobil...you won't be able to move for tiny bits of plastic.

Whatever you need and whenever you need it WE WILL HELP.

Oh norks he just needs time. He needs days and weeks and months and years stretching out in front of him and filled with endless opportunity.

He just needs a bit of luck.

And nothing on earth can help with that Sad

De-lurking to send my love and hope to you Trazzles

And to absolutely drive home what Norks said:

'Now you do know that if Joe has the slightest whim or desi for anything at all, there are 100 Joe supporters here who would do ANYTHING to make him happy. Remember, you will not be asking for yourself, you are asking for him. Truly, we can't give you what we would all so desperatly love to give you, but we CAN help with the things that could give (your so very beautiful) Joe and the rest of you fun and things he might enjoy - ANYTHING. Look how many of us there are Trazzles - if you said Joe and his beautiful sis wanted to go to Disneyland Paris (not so tiring as train all way and hotels in resort), then WE WOULD MAKE THAT HAPPEN.

Please - ANYTHING; just ask and we will together do. Xxxx
