4th infection in 3 months?

DS (21 months) is on his 4th infection (Tonsilitis & chest) in 3 months and has again started antibiotics. He has vitamins, fruit, veg - what else can I do to help this nastiness bugger off ???? We've seen Drs and Nurse Practitioner and the Nurse we saw today said we must get him checked out at our GP's this week (which I'll do Monday).

Any ideas why this bug is hanging around?

They used the wrong antibiotic, and my guess is that it is not a 4th infections but the same one coming back because not treated properly.
Have they done a swab?
Has he been on penicillin type only or have they tried another AB?

Yes I think it's the same one hanging around. They've tried the red stuff (penicillin) but he threw it up every time, whether on a full or empty tummy. The. He had the yellow, orange and yellow and now yellow again. I think if he could stomach the red it'd have gone by now? Sad

Well Dr wasn't very happy about the sound of his chest so he's now got steroids which I have to get into him somehow until Friday and if still rattly Friday to take him back.
