My son has hurt his willy

Has anyone with boys ever had there lo graze their willy? Not sure what to do with him, DS 3, I think has grazed the tip and his foreskin, going down the slide, I think it is kind of burnt (like a carpet burn iyswim) on his clothes. He says its agony when he wee's. Do you think a bit sudocreme will do the trick?

I'd try Vaseline or audocreme and keep it clean.

Just keep an eye out for infection.
