Ds, 7 wks, has cough and cold. No temp and fine generally but is wheezy ie I can hear a little rattle in chest Is that something I should go to Gp for or will it go when cold clears?

At 7 weeks I would always get it checked out tbh. It might just be phlegm, but if you're not sure then don't worry about wasting the gps time, they are always happy to see babies.

Because of the age I would get checked. If she is otherwise ok then I would go to GP if not feeding or anything then go to a and e
