High temp and stomach pain

My dd has a high temp and a stomach since Saturday. It seems she's getting better now. GP said it could be a viral stomach infection. Can you get a stomach infection without vomiting or diarrhoea?

Could it be cystitis? My DD get a high temp and complains of stomach ache, but generally doesn't complain about going to the loo or has many/any accidents when she has it. I think the pain tends to be in the lower abdomen.

Ds has just fallen asleep but he has been feeling ill all evening with high temp and stomach ache, no sign of sickness or diarrhoea.

She has her urine tested and it is fine.

My 6yo son has a cold/flu type virus - high temperature since thursday and occasional complaints of tummy pain - his glands are swollen in his neck and I have assumed the pain in his tummy is down to glands too.
