Tingly mouth?

Yesterday, out of nowhere, my 4yo complained that his mouth was tingly. It was obviously bothering him quite a bit. I couldn't see anything. He went to bed and hasn't mentioned it today.

This evening my 6yo is complaining of a tingly mouth. Not sore, tingly. Not good tingly though, she's a bit tearful.

I don't think she is copying her brother, but she might be I suppose.

No spicy food. Nothing unusual to eat.

Any ideas?

We had that a couple of months ago. No other symptoms to suggest hfm. Unless this is just the start I suppose. Oh I hope not. Not again.
