Excess earwax in 9.5mo

Hi, my DD2 seems to have excess earwax in both ears. No signs of infection (temperature, more than expected night-waking, oozing ears), or trouble with hearing, but there is a lot of wax there; I can easily use up both ends of a cotton bud from one ear alone (for the record, I don't clean any deeper than the outer part of her little ear!) She does, though, regularly tug and pull her ears, as if they are itritating her.

Is this common? Is it worth taking her to see our GP to check her ears?

If she is pulling her ears, I would definitely take her. The GP can have a quick look and tell you if there is an infection.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Thanks, squiddle :)
