Hi, my four year old dd has come out with a rash on her inner thighs, just a tiny bit on one side, but a larger area on the other. She doesn't have excema anywhere else. Occasionally she gets sore around her anus (I assume this starts occasionally when she doesn't realize she needs a poo and has a bit of an accident in her knickers). But this time the sore skin is outside her knickers. Has anyone experienced this with their children? I'm just so puzzled as I always thought if a child gets excema it would start behind the knees or the inside of the elbows? Also, if it really is excema (the skin is red and bumpy, but it doesn't seem to be itchy), would E45 be better or Aqueous Cream? I have both creams in the house but don't really know the difference. We have used Aqueoud cream over the last couple of days and the skin has improved a little bit.
Thank you for reading.
