my little boy was 4 last week and the last couple of weeks he has been showing all the usual signs of teething. Excessive dribbling (baby style), teething rash on face, almost constant chewing on fingers and he says his bottom teeth hurt. He got all his baby teeth over a year ago. Some people have suggested his adult molars but he has been late getting all his baby teeth so I'd be surprised....? He isn't complaining of a specific pain in one tooth so but I don't know if that means its not a tooth decay...? Anyone had anything similar please?
