My DD (7yo) lost her first tooth a few weeks ago, front bottom.
The big tooth is just starting to come through.
This morning she is complaining that the gum hurts and her chin aches...is quite tearful. Neurofen is helping...
Is this likely to be just the big tooth trying to break through or is it likely some food has gone inside the gum and caused an infection?? I have no idea
