DS (2yo) was 'a bit sick' in the night on friday night after a coughing fit that warranted new bedding (babysitter was here). Wednesday 11am he starts puking every 20 mins - 1.5 hrs until 6pm and then again at 3am wednesday night. very very tired, drinking but not eating. one bout of diarrhoea at 3am wednesday. thursday seemed much better but clingy and tired until the afternoon when he seemed normal except for no appetite. today, friday - is sick again twice at 1 and 2.30. no appetite. no breakfast, half a sandwich for lunch (which came up again) and a banana for tea.

stomach bugs are all puking and then once you stop you stop don't you??

I would phone NHS direct and ask, advice about dehydration tbh.
When my 13 ,onto old had noro he vomited for 1.5 weeks and had diahorea for 2 weeks :(
Dioralyte is good for rehydration and you can get some from any pharmacy.
