Teeth - DD 7.5 yo still has only lost 2 milk teeth, is this normal?

My DD is 7.5 yo, and so far has only had her bottom two front milk teeth fall out. It seems that everyone else in her year at school has lost all 8 front teeth or more at this age. None of her other teeth are even wobbly. The two that did fall out came out just before she turned 7.

The 2 new adult teeth are visible now, but only a couple of millimetres have cut through the gum, and these look squint, in that they're perpendicular to each other. I'm hoping they'll straighten as they grow through.

Is this normal? What might cause someones adult teeth to appear later than usual?

One thing, which may be relevant is that my DD has multiple allergies including milk allergy, so its possible that she's been deficient in calcium or something, but she does drink fortified rice/oat milk, and we see a dietician, and try to be careful to compensate. She's very petite, I feel she's probably not as tall as she should be, given height of other family members.

My dd1 will be 7 soon and has just got her first wobbly loose tooth. Like your dd's class most of dd's have lost teeth by now. My dd is one of the oldest in the class but is definitely one of the smaller girls so maybe that has something to do with it.

Also she was late getting her teeth so it sort of makes sense to lose them later.
