Morning MN'ers

DD2 had a low grade temp yesterday and was refusing solids, when she did take some food she gagged and had a bit of trouble swallowing. She was a bit grumpy too.

We had a very unsettled night and when I checkedat 5am her temp was 102.

Should I take her to the GP? I would normally just give her Calpol and keep her at home but I'm wondering if she has a throat infection.

Is that about 39? I think given that she's so little I'd probably get her checked out.
