Blood in stools 8 year old DD

Dd2 8 yo has had some blood in her stools and on tissue paper when she wipes. No pain and she is otherwise fine. Have had a look and can't see anything that could be causing it.

Anyone any experience of this? Should I be worried or could it be something simple?
