5yo DS has little spots on both cheeks...

any idea what they could be? It's not a rash, he's had them for a while but it's taken me a while to really register them and try to do something about it.

Dry skin? It is cold outside. Try some E45, that's worked for us.

Could be, except it's kind of pimply. Googled it too and think it could be 'milk spots' which apparently there's no treatment for. Looks to me like he could do with a bit if exfoliation!
