Height weight centiles

Hi ds8 is on 94th centile for height and 97th or weight. I think that isn't too bad as if he was 94 th height 77th weight would be too skinny and 129th weight too heavy for height. I have just read info that says too heavy for age

Surely it's not About age but about height weight compared

Yes, centiles (maximum score 99!) are only really useful if you compare height/weight (your DS just sound large for his age). Or for tracking growth trajectory over time.

Thanks he is big he is youngest in school year and second tallest.
