Vomiting question

DD has just turned 4. About once a month or so, she vomits really badly in the middle of the night. No sign of illness before, no real sign of illness afterward, I can't understand what triggers it. I had sort assumed this was normal, until I realised from friends it's not. Is it worth getting this sort of intermittent vomiting checked out? I can't see any food that triggers it. She suffered really badly from reflux until the age 1, so I'm slightly wary of lots of vomiting.

I would certainly get this checked out by your GP, as this is definitely not normal at all, it could be something as simple as not having supper too soon before bedtime that sorts it, but would still take to the doctor.
