My 10 month has top two middle teeth, bottom two and one just popping through on the top next to the ones already through. But we have also just noticed that he has another tooth coming through behind his top middle teeth, directly in the middle of the two teeth but set back slightly and very pointy.
What can we do? Will it sort itself out as more teeth come through? Will it need to be removed, if so when?
It looks a bit odd!
