was spotted by the midwife on we'd. Has been taking nystatin drops since Thurs. Today has been fussy with feeding & was really sick after last feed. Anyone know how long medicine takes to kick in?

She's really restless and unhappy today, poor little thing.

It took a good few days to improve with dd.

However it cleared up pretty quickly after that and didn't come back.

Hope she feels better soon.

Just keep treating for at least 2 days after the visible symptoms go; also if you're breastfeeding treat yourself. Miconazole cream (daktarin) is best as you don't have to wash it off before feeds.
