Dd had problems before with ankle pain which lead to knee and some hip pain. She has been wearing orthopeidic insole for about 3.5 years which had turned things around. But then about 2 months ago things stared flaring up again. Did put this down to growing plus been tierd as she just started secondary school. Things are not getting better and not sure what she's getting pain again mostly her ankles and back now and somethings say she just aches all over. Added to the fact she seem to be alwayes tierd.b

Best to check with the GP in case it's connected to ankles again, but I'd also highly recommend a vit d3 supplement of 1 or 2 000 iu, epsum salts in a bath a few times a week and floradix for iron and b vitamins. Perhaps a few blood tests to check iron levels and see if she had glandular fever or similar recently
