I know it's bug season but poor old DS - who is only 13 weeks - woke up on NYE with a horrid chesty cough. Took him to GP who sent us on our way as chest was clear, no fever etc. well he's still coughing badly & now v snotty and generally miserable. For the past 24 hours he seems to have diarrhoea, lots of green frothy nappies. Is this just a consequence of all the mucous? Am feeding regularly to avoid dehydration but does he need to see GP again?
