Can this be skull fracture??

DD fell on her bottom while jumping from the sofa and stopped her fall with her arm. Rushed her to A&E thinking it might be a fracture, xrays showed just swelling. She said her bottom and head hurt on the day, but she was fine the next, except for the sore arm.

Now for the last couple of days, a spot on her forehead is tender and hurts when I touch it. Cant see any lump or bruising, so all the more worried. Could a skull fracture show symptoms after nearly two weeks? She is fairly ok with appetite, sleeping and playing. Nothing else that i can think of: pupils same size and dilating, no vomiting, sickness, no temperature. Just the painful spot on forehead.

Am I being PFB? Or a visit to the doctor is in order?

Just wondering, how old is she? Also, did you mention the head in A&E or not realise until later?

crash she is 7. Dont think I mentioned the head in A&E. more focussed on the arm. She is complaining about the head only for the past two days...
