Chesty cough in 3yo

Dd2 has has a chesty cough at night for about ten days now. She is fine in the day, and it does seem to be getting a bit better. I am also pretty sure it is just a virus (based mostly on me now having it)

I've been iving her calpol, should I be doing something else?

You could try steam. Vicks on the feet can help a night cough but of its chesty it's probably best to let her cough it all up.

If she has a fever and or is unwell in herself then get her checked for a bacterial infection.
