My dd (9) has always suffered with wind and gets stomach pains almost daily it would seem linked to trapped wind. I know I need to look at diet (difficult though as shes ASD) but is there any other recommendations to help - it just seems to be all the time at the minute! Thanks

You could try peppermint tea if she'd have it?

Otherwise warm baths and massage but sure you know all this.

Is she too young for things like windeeze?
