Cant link to previous threads because on stupid app but backstory - dd 10 months with silent reflux, FTT, developmental delay, abnormal MRI.

So we are now in Germany and she is refusing all milk and food aside from maybe 40mls every 3 hours. Is horribly constipated so have been boiling and straining prunes. She is crying with hunger but just won't eat.

We have a doctors appt tomorrow and FIL is a doctor but am just beside myself.

Syringe feeding not working and her intake has been 300ml max for three days. I can see her losing weight before my eyes. Appt with specialist in London not until the 8th.

I feel so powerless to help her. She just wants to play or sleep - no food or drink but is so excited when she sees the bottle!

Breaking my heart. Basically.

Can you see a cranial chiropractor? Perhaps there is something going on with the nerves feeding the digestive system and they can get things flowing so she's not constipated and will feel like eating? Have any physical blockages been felt? If it's all backed up in there then she probably doesn't feel like eating and it's hard to break the cycle. Cranial chiropractic has done great things for my DD's and all sorts of digestive issues, nervous system problems and infant reflexes. Poor thing, it must be so hard for her and heart-breaking for you. I was just reading this thread and saw someone else (I know it's a different country, but the experience might be of use) who also found chiro good for FTT: www.bubhub.com.au/community/forums/showthread.php?431729-Babies-amp-chiropractor/page3 Best wishes for your appt tomorrow.

What is she taking for her reflux? My dd was very similar at that age and it wasn't until she was put on stronger medication that she started to improve.
