My 4yo is on antibiotics for a chest infection, today would be day 3 of them. However, she seems to have picked up the sickness bug that is going round, the vomitting stopped about 1am but she hasn't eaten yet, just sipped on water. What should i do about the antibiotics, just give them a miss until she starts eating again?
