Hi just a quick question,

I'm a nanny & the g6 I look after has got a cough
It gets worse at night, when she is running around & when she goes out in the cold.
Asthma you are all shouting at me,
Well this is the problem, I KNOW!
I kept telling her mum, who also had asthma as a child
& has same cat allergies as charge.
She finally took her to doctors, they gave her an asthma pump but now cough is more persistent, she is crying & up all night because Her throat is so sore but just keeps giving her calpol To treat sore throat not asthma pump for cough. When I suggest we try this she just says well my other charge 4yrs also has a cough!

Just wanted to know what would you suggest as parents or careers like myself?

Sorry for long message I just feel I don't know what to do for the best!

Buy her a copy of 'Charlie has Asthma' - a great little children's story book about a cheetah that has asthma, which also has an adults advice section. The little girl will love reading it, but it will get the message through to her mother as well. It is supported by the charity Asthma UK. Good luck!
