My 2 years old daughter has got spots on her face, it look like acne with white heads on. And lots over her shoulders/biceps and front thighs. Doctor has diagonised her with mild exzema, but antibiotics and cream do not seem to work? She had it for over a year now and People often ask me if she has chickenpox. I have changed washing powder and really try to moisturise her skin as often as possible but doesn't seem to improve. Any suggestions??

Those little white spots on the biceps can often indicate an essential fatty acid defecit. Do she eat any oily fish, do you give her a fish oil supplement?

I would suggest a good fish oil supplement. My dd's lap up Eskimo tutti frutti. Add olive oil to her cooked pasta dishes. If she will eat salmon, mackerel, kippers etc then try to incorporate it a couple of times a week. You should see a difference in 2-3 months.
