Blood in 17week old EBF nappy

I first saw it Tuesday tea time, wasn't 100% sure so didn't worry too much.

It happened again today, same time of day and much more obvious that it was blood. Just a little bit streaked in and bright red...

Any suggestions? DS is absolutely fine in himself, feeding, cheery etc...

Hi Clum if you are unsure or worried a trip to your Dr may be a good idea? Hope you find out what is causing it soon.

This happened to my baby once when he was around 9 weeks, my sister said if there's just a little bit then it's usually because they've been straining to poo (not necessarily because they're constipated, just because they strain while they're learning to poo) and maybe burst a little blood vessel. Anyway, blood in poo is always worth getting checked out, but my DS never had any again so I assumed my sister was right (she's had lots of babies.)
