Just picked up 18 month old DD2 from nursery. They said that this afternoon, just after snack time, a red rash appeared across the bridge of her nose and going slightly towards one side of her cheek. It lasted a few minutes and then disappeared. They said she seems fine in herself and her behaviour didn't change or anything but they thought they'd let me know.
She's never had anything like this before, only red cheeks from teething or after waking up. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
