We have all had the flu in our house. DS is 2.5 and pretty much hasn't eaten for around 4 days. He still has a bottle of formula ( thank goodness) twice a day and has been having that plus the odd yoghurt and piece of toast. His appetite is coming back but honestly he looks like a little skinned rabbit! His bones are all sticking out. I am sure he would be on CP register if Social workers saw him!

Any ideas to build him up? Should I take him to the docs?

What about easy to eat, high calorie things. I've been feeding my sick 1yo - pate, scrambled egg, mashed banana either on own or in Greek yoghurt, wafer thin ham, cheese, bagels with butter & cream cheese
