Any experience of PFAPA?

I think my DSs may both have this they are 5 and 3 and have been having a regular recurring fever for at least a year. Every 3 - 4 weeks for 3 days at a time.
Would be glad tohear from others with experience of this.

Hi, I know this is an old post but did you get anywhere with this? My son is 2.5 and for the last 6 months he gets a fever and sore throat which lasts about 48 hours. It's literally like clockwork - for the past 2 months it's been hitting him on a Saturday afternoon, I almost know when to expect it now. I'm at my wits end with it and so fed up for his sake!
