Little raised bumps on toddler face

Pls can any mum help? These raised bumps don't go away - every time he has a cold they seem much worse - he also has eczema behind his knees and on elbows also suffers from dry skin. I have attached a pic on profile, any help would be great

Have you asked the GP? He should refer you to a dermatologist. That's the only way to set your mind at rest. xx

hi yes you definitely should go to GP to get a referal to a dermatologist and don't take no for an answer. My sister had v bad eczema but also these little wart like bumps that spread quite fast. And a friend's daughter has the same combination of eczema and raised bumps. Possibly called Molluscum Contagosium? Can't remember exactly sorry.
I think they are not problematic in themselves but they can be unsightly.

Yeah he's had a big spot mollouscum that I've just managed to get rid of, these bumps are almost like irritated skin but ill be going to get him checked just incase.
