Projectile vomiting several days apart...the same bug? Best way to treat?

DS1 projectiled everywhere a week ago, just the once and was slightly off colour with no appetite but was fine a few days later, DS2 presented with the same last Thurs, happy as larry after, not eating much since but ok, he then threw up everywhere again last night. As before he seems fine albeit tired and pale. Should I just feed as normal and hope it doesn't start up again? Is it likely to be the same bug or a new one? And should I send to school tmw? Bloody winter.

My DS has been similar I think it's a vile bug. No school tomorrow - 48 hours since any vomiting or diarrhoea before they go back.

DS started vomiting last Wednesday lots then once on Thursday. Not bad in himself but some runs over the weekend. Yesterday he vomited again and DD vommed all night. They both have runs today. Tis very grim indeed.

I am letting DS eat, but not DD. Because he was only sick once yesterday and is perky, and a bloody nightmare if he doesn't eat Grin DD is not that big on food and wasn't keeping water down first thing so we are building up from sips of water at the moment.

I bloody hate it.
