Lump on side of penis

Can anyone help shed some light on the swelling/lump on the side of my 18 month olds penis ? It's not red or looking inflamed. Will ofcourse be taking him to doctors tomorrow morning

I just took my DS to the Dr for something similar and they said it was very normal and will work it's way out as the foreskin retracts. It isn't painful.

I would take him to see the Dr as you suggested anyway.
