Should I be worried?

DS is 4 weeks old but was 7 weeks early and has only been home for 2 weeks. Has been grisly since last night. Only woke once in the night for a feed (normally 3 times) but did have a particularly large feed before bed. Persuaded him onto the boob for a bit but wasn't overly bother and is now just grisly again. With him being wary we're prob being overly cautious but should we be worried? Who should we call on a Sunday? (No out of hours dr at surgery, hv not in at weekends but don't know if it warrants calling the hospital).

I ouldnt be overly worried but i know as a mother thats very easy to say .... The best thing to do if your worried is ring NHS helpline im sure they will put your mind at ease or advice you on the best thing to do x
