Croup and diarrhoea

My 15 month old had an attack of croup 4 days ago and has been unwell with chesty cough, raised temperature, exhaustion and lack of appetite since. Today he has started to have green diarrhoea. Is this normal? He doesn't seem to be getting better and is really miserable.

if you are worried take him to A&E, he can get dehydrated quickly.
don't hesitate, hopefully it's nothing serious, but better get him checked. listen to gut instinct above all else!
