Dry Skin on 22 month old

Hi my daughter has quite dry skin its not sore or anything i used to use double base on her as a baby but i think she needs something a bit more oily now can anyone recommend anything? She already has the stuff for her bath.

Oilatum is what I'd recommend. It's gentle enough for your toddler, doesn't smell of anything and works wonders on dry skin.
