Ds had back (baby) teeth out yesterday afternoon(Thursday) it took a while for bleeding to stop afterwards, the gums bled while he was sleeping he woke up with blood all over pillow and face(mostly saliva-y though)
Has been fine all day hasn't complained of any pain at all,
BUT he fell asleep about half hour ago and I noticed there is a bit of saliv-y blood on the pillow
Is it normal for it to still be bleeding a little?

So long as it is only the occasional bit then it shouldn't be a worry at this stage. If he is sore, unwell or bleeding more then you need to call for medical advice.
