bouncy castle accident worry

My 2 year old son was lying on his back on the bouncy castle when another older child (probably about 3 years old) tried to jump over him but she kind of landed on him, I couldn't see exactly but I think her feet landed on his side, above the groin and hip area but to the side of his stomach. My son didn't cry but looked a bit surprised.
I realise I should have taken him off the castle as soon as this other child got on. Feel rather stupid and worried.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
Is there anything I can look out for or do?
